Start preparation of stainless steel fan and precautions before starting

Before starting, the following inspections and confirmations must be carried out. When performing trial operation after installation and alignment, the following matters should be noted and handled carefully. The stainless steel fan needs to check whether the circuit is normal before starting. 1. Confirm whether the specifications of the stainless steel fan and prime mover meet the order requirements, and whether all accessories are available.

2. Check whether the power supply (voltage, switch, etc.), wiring meets electrical requirements, and whether the wiring is accurate.

3. Check whether there are condensed water, dust and other debris in the stainless steel fan and pipeline. If there is, it needs to be cleaned up to avoid major failures when the stainless steel fan starts.

4. Confirm whether the anchor bolts, the stainless steel fan body, various accessories and auxiliary devices, and the connecting parts of the connecting pipelines are tightened as required.

5. Confirm whether the parts are aligned. For couplings or stainless steel fans with belt drive, check whether the coupling or pulleys, the V-belt is installed reliably, and whether the coaxiality of the stainless steel fan shaft and the motor shaft meets the requirements.

6. Check whether the bearing lubricant (grease) is sufficient and intact. If there is an oil supply device, test run it for 2 hours first, and measure whether the oil temperature and oil pressure are normal.

7. For stainless steel fans with water-cooled bearings, check whether the water supply of the cooling water pipeline is normal.

8. Manually rotate the stainless steel fan shaft and prime mover shaft to check whether the rotation is smooth and confirm that there is no abnormality.

9. Rotate the prime mover alone, confirm that the direction of rotation of the prime mover is consistent with that of the stainless steel fan, and confirm that there is no abnormality on the prime mover side.

10. For belt-driven stainless steel fans, check whether the tension of each V belt is consistent.

11. When using a coupling that requires lubricating oil, confirm whether the injected lubricating oil is qualified.

12. Confirm whether the regulating door or valve is fully opened or closed, and whether there is abnormal movement. When the inlet and outlet regulating doors of the stainless steel fan are fully closed for centrifugal type and fully open for axial flow type, the starting load is minimum.

13. For stainless steel fans with bearing forced oil supply device, check whether the oil volume of the oil tank, the oil tank and the oil pipeline are clean and unobstructed, the rotation direction of the oil pump, the water supply and drainage mechanism of the oil cooler and the interlocking mechanism are normal.
